Mark Stephens is a Registered Irish RIAI Architect (05210) and Chartered with the RIBA. Mark is also a Certified European Passive House Consultant/Designer and is Accredited with the RIAI in Conservation (Grade III), RIAI Environmentally Accredited & is also an RIAI Accredited Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP). He has a wide range of architectural experience from inception through to completion on all types of projects but his speciality is residential design. He has also lectured on a world-wide basis including to his peers at the RIAI and is a Lecturer at Atlantic Technical University in the Architecture Department in Sligo and an occasional lecturer at UCD in their MArch & Professional Diploma programmes.

Vivian is a qualified Building Surveyor with qualifications in Construction and Construction Economics. He has extensive experience in construction and CAD using applications such as AutoCAD and Vectorworks.
