The House Extension / Remodel DESIGN Package Service takes the 'Sketch' to the next level where we meet in your home (within Co. Mayo is included in the price – for further afield you'll need to add on TRAVEL EXPENSES) and provide the following service:
• Meeting at house/site
• Discussion of what's required (the brief)
• Measured survey of the part of the house to be remodelled or extended
• Drawing of the existing floor plan.
• Drawing of the proposed remodelling/extension and other changes. Included in this part are:
– Plan(s)
– Elevations
– Section(s)
– 3D Views
– Animated flyover and/or walkthrough
– Foamboard model to keep
• Meeting in office to go through plan & make tweaks (if required) (max 1 hour)
• Advice about planning and other relevant regulations.
• Budget cost of proposed works
• Outline of additional services/costs
After payment, I'll contact you to arrange a suitable date/time for the consultation
• This service does not include a multitude of design variations or tweaks (other that described in the hour described above).
• These 'package' services are designed for smaller extensions at 40 square metres or less – please CONTACT US… if your project is larger than this.
• The cost of this package is deducted should you proceed to a 'full' architectural service (i.e. not another design 'package')
