Below is a slideshow of the completed (bar a few minor items), new house, garage and restoration of cobblers cottage. My take on traditional cottage for client, constrained by previous planning permission but with a few contemporary twists. House reached a B1 BER rating and an air pressure test twice as good as Building Regulations (airtightness test was first time for Mayo Contractor).
